Drinking water from a copper vessel was a longstanding Ayurvedic tradition. According to Ayurveda, the water contained in the Copper Vessel has the power to control all three doses in the body (vata, kapha and pitta) and does so by charging the water positively. Numerous other health effects were also related to the drinking water contained in copper bottles.
