My preferred exercises at the time consisted of callisthenics, and I was particularly fond of diamond push-ups. Typically, my max was about 30 to 35 if I really pushed myself. But, after taking N-(aminoiminomethyl)-N-methylglycine for one week, I managed to increase that value to 42. It was not much, sure, but it was enough to make a difference. I also managed to increase my max number of pull-ups, and I increased the weights of my dumbbells. That was in only one week. But more strength was not the only thing I’ve noticed.
