A Karman cannula is a soft, flexible tube that a gynaecologist attaches to a manual vacuum aspiration syringe to safely and gently evacuate uterine contents. The rounded atraumatic tip passes through the cervical canal without cutting or irritating the delicate tissue. Colour-coded hubs are available in eight sizes from 4 mm to 12 mm. Each cannula measures 22.8 cm in length and connects directly with all standard MVA syringes for immediate, sterile clinical use.
