Padel elbow is the everyday name for lateral epicondylalgia, which you may know better as tennis elbow. The tendon that takes the beating is the extensor carpi radialis brevis, or ECRB. It runs from the muscles on the top of your forearm down to a small bony bump on the outside of your elbow.
